Frank has over thirty years of senior management experience. He has been a CEO for start-up and small growth-companies as well as 75 year old US and international publicly held corporations. He has also consulted with dozens of companies to help build value through the development of people and organizations. His experience includes a wide range of industries including the highly regulated medical, aviation and food manufacturing segments.

Frank is both a change agent and a consensus builder. He has led companies through challenging circumstances by getting the right people in the right jobs and letting them excel. Frank joined the Padgett Performance Group in 2006.
